Terms of sale:

The owner of the Falco Peregrinus property and project is the company Falco Peregrinus d.o.o. (Ltd.), registered in Croatia.

The object of sale is 100% ownership of the company.

The company is the only owner of the estate, all the works regarding the property thus far have been payed in full and the company has no further obligations or any existing mortgage on property.

The current asking price is 2.560.000,00 € per 100% ownership of the company.
